This link:
http://download.linuxsampler.org/dev/et ... -0.0.2.zip
Goes 404
The source is available but I am not a developer. I would make a small donation if someone can fix the download link or compile the file so that the output will work for Windows 98/ME. Yes, I know it is 2014 and I am going to do something on Windows 98... I get it.
Any volunteers?

Got the file somewhere else. Yet, I wonder whatever happened with "Ethernet Midi" and I wonder if its creator is still involved with the Linux Sampler project. I saw someone with the same name as Chief technology officer of Bear Share.

The zip file containing the binary version of EthernetMIDI had been removed from our download server, because one of the DLLs bundled with it triggered a false virus detection alert with some virus scanner. We checked the respective DLL and as far as we could see it, there was actually no virus, however that false error caused our download server to be black listed i.e. by Google for some days. So we were forced to remove the offended EthernetMIDI zip file and there are no plans to put the binary version back on our server any time soon.
