Maybe it is a bit too early but at a later stage it would be perhaps make sense to open a dedicated forum where people can post their music made with LinuxSampler.
For example in this demo the user used LinuxSampler which plays SampleTekk's TBO Piano:

This was rendered by the same user using LinuxSampler on Windows. Quote from the user:
So if you hear about music made with LinuxSampler or produce some cool demos, songs, mockups yourself please let us know, we will gladly add them to our Demos page on the LS site and of course credit you, link to your home page etc.I "fired up" a Chopin midi-file, loaded the "PMI Emperor GS3"-piano and recorded it with Audacity.
For those interested, here is have it sounds;

As said the demos on the LS site are now a bit old and new audio clips which fully exploit the sampler's would be very welcome as new users often judge the capabilities of an application by looking at screenshots, watching video or audio demos.
Alex is an orchestral composer and said he will produce an orchestral piece using a large template and thus showing of what the LS engine can do already drooling to see hear the demos
