To anyone interested, Vienna Symphonic Library (VSL), is willing to allow license transfers for a fee of 72eur. I was able to purchase the older library along with the newer Special Edition from the original owner who no longer uses any of these (he is using SAM). VSL requires all products to be transferred, including Vienna Keys, CDs, DVDs, etc. They also require an email verification from the original user allowing the transfer. This seems like a positive change for the company. There may be other users who are moving to LASS, SAM, or other libraries. Just thought I'd let others know.
