best sequencer for many articulation changes

best sequencer for many articulation changes

Now that openoctave is no longer being worked on, which sequencer (linux or osx) is best for inserting many bank and program changes for a multitude of articulations? Also, how can I best get my lscp script to be converted into something a sequencer can read for bank and patch names?
