saving configuration

I was using linux sampler with reaper in an XP OS and it was working really good. Now I changed to win7 and both programs are doing fine aswell, 'though Linuxsampler doesn't save the configuration, everytime that I open the project I have to load all the sounds again. What i'm doing wrong? I've tryied to save it with the function save but it didn't work.
