Communication between a Program

Hello,
I have a windows program with 16 MidiChannels and a midiplayer.
Normally I open a midi outputport for the midiplayer and I can hear the
midi events, sendet to outputport (for example a vst plugin or an extern soundcard)
Now I will send this events from midiplayer to Linuxsampler.
programmed in Delphi7
What I must do?
Any ideas?
