Faffing around now for an hour trying to find out how to install this thing!
Is there a a page somewherthat says how to install LinuxSampler on ubuntu I dont think I want linux studio I just want a sampler app. I dont want to compile from source if I can avoid it. I dont want to mess up my nice clean Ubuntu.
Is there not a repo somewhere I can install from?
I tried downloanding the .deb and installing with dpkg but that left then system messed with a partially configured setup because of missing dependences, which are not in apt repos.
I followed dpgk recomendation and uninstalled linuxsampler.
The following packages have unmet dependencies:
linuxsampler:i386 : Depends: liblinuxsampler:i386 which is a virtual package.
Depends: libuuid1:i386 but it is not going to be installed.
Is there not a page somewhere that say what I need to download and the commands to install it?
Where is the how to install LinuxSampler on Linux page

See the "Dependencies" on the next page:
