Debian build fails with SVN linuxsampler.

I'm trying to use dpkg-buildpackages to compile and install linuxsampler. I get near to the end, and then the build fails with the following error message:
dpkg-shlibdeps: error: no dependency information found for /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/pipewire-0.3/jack/libjack.so.0 (used by debian/liblinuxsampler/usr/lib/linuxsampler/liblinuxsampler.so.6.0.0)
I'm attempting to do this on AVLinux MXDE 23.1, which has pipewire installed by default.
Does anyone have any clue how I can fix this? I've had a look at the rules file, and I can see two entries related to shlibdeps, one of which seems to be commented out.
