Is it possible to rearrange notes to pads?

Post by aki42 » Thu Sep 09, 2021 11:57 am

Hello all,

I'm quite new to linuxsampler.
I've just installed qsampler and linuxsampler on my Manjaro box.
Now I can hear the sound of Red_Zeppelin_4_LV2.sf2 of avldrums.lv2 package with iRig Pads.
But I have a question.
Can I rearrange notes to my iRig Pads?

Best regards,
Aki

Maybe working with avldrums.lv2 doesn't need Linux Sampler.
I've installed Calra and amidimap which can rearrange MIDI note.
Thanks anyway.

Well, for other file formats (.gig, .sfz) you could add an instrument script:
http://doc.linuxsampler.org/Instrument_Scripts/

But that's not supported for Sound Font files (.sf2). So either you use a MIDI filter app in front, or adjust the regions of the sf2 file.
