I'm trying to load samples into Linuxsampler, but it won't load without an audio port.
My setup:
AMD64 dual core 3800+
2 Gig ram
Ubuntu 8.04 (hardy)
Linuxsampler
M-Audio Delta 1010
Problem is I can't get Jack to find the Delta card audio ports. I assume that I need the Linux drivers. When I got to the M-Audio site, they direct me to a third party site, but I can't find any drivers there. Any others out there using Ubuntu 8.04 and a Delta card? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Re: Can't get Jack to find Delta 1010
Do you have the ice1712 kernel module loaded and the JACK server running?
