Windows Build of CVS

Hi Guys,
I just wanted to report back on a successful build of libgig, linuxsampler, and gigedit using Andreas Persson's Windows Build Instructions (from http://cvs.linuxsampler.org/cgi-bin/vie ... =text/html). I set the compile environment up over the weekend and was able to get the most recent CVS code built and working yesterday.
