J.E.B.
And then in Fantasia choose Window/Instruments Database and in the Instruments Database window choose Actions/Format Database.

Re: LinuxSampler AU plugin

I tried vienna ensemble pro 64 as 64 bit host and while LS starts as 64 bit plugin :) I couldn't get more than 1 stereo out. When the plugin is inserted I can choose between 1 or 16 (stereo) outs. But when I open up Fantasia after choosing 16 channels, then Fantasia shows 16 panels in the rack, but...

Re: LinuxSampler AU plugin

- The VST version has 16 stereo outs. When I open LS AU in Logic I get the options Mono, Stereo, 5.1 - no 16 outs. Is it intended to open several stereo instances? AU plugins can support variable number of outs, this is also the case with LS AU. It doesn't open several stereo instances, these are j...

Re: Windows beta pre-release (incl. VST and 64 bit binaries)

If I'm not mistaken, trying to load another LS dll will fail, because it will try to bind to port 8888, which will be taken by the first one. The plugin will also fail if you have LS started as a standalone app before that, or if you have LS plugin loaded in another host app. Maybe we should think a...

Andreas wrote:Yes, this is a known problem. You can't adjust the number of audio outputs for the VSTi. We should disable the possibility to do so in some way, instead of letting LS crash.
I had this implemented, but I committed it just now.

Re: SFZ

I think I can handle at least the very basic/initial implementation of the new engine, but first we really need to make a new release and there are still some bugs that need to be fixed. After that, this will be my top priority.

Thanks. It should be fixed now, but you'll need to re-save the script.

Re: LinuxSampler AU plugin

As I remember with one of the older versions I tested linuxsampler "saved" which samples were loaded in which channel. I even did not have to open fantasia - after loading a logic song all the samples used before were loaded. When I just tested it again I found out that it seems that in logic the p...

Re: LinuxSampler AU plugin

Saved logic or reaper projects including linuxsampler AU sometimes take forever to load. However it works fine. It just takes a while. At first I though the program was crashed because I watched the spinning ball of OSX, but in the end everything worked. Yes, this is annoying, but should be fixed n...
