You can try QSampler instead of Fantasia.

It's a bug in linuxsampler, not in fantasia. To stop a note, just click on it again.

You are right about the send levels. They were not exported and I just fixed that. But saving the fx sends' names should work.

You need to install the development packages - libasound2-dev, libjack-dev.
