Re: FX Sends ?

That's the question, whether we should disallow predefined controllers or "fix" the MIDI drivers to allow using predefined controllers as send controller. I'm against taking the user's power, so I'm voting for fixing the driver and allowing weird things like using CC #0 as FX send controller. Maybe...

Re: FX Sends ?

I create a sequence on MIDI channel 1. I create another track on MIDI channel 1 for controller #0, a swell from 0 to 127 and back to 0. Try with some undefined controller, for example #20 instead of #0 http://www.midi.org/about-midi/table3.shtml . #0 is Bank Select and I guess it is possible that L...

Re: Relocation/renaming of gigs and the instrument database

Do I have to redo much of my work in that case? Or is there a built in way to deal with it?
No, there isn't such a feature in the instruments database.

I admit this is misleading, though it isn't that incorrect. Audio Out shows the number of the engine's audio channel (which provides the aud...

Re: audio devices handling

There is support for exporting the channel routing in Fantasia but the command order was incorrect. Fantasia was trying to set the channel routing before assigning the sampler engine. This bug is now fixed (hopefully) in the latest cvs version of JSampler.

Re: Building Fantasia from CVS

Looks to me that you are using an old version of juife.jar. Are you sure you copy that library from the latest jsampler release? That is from JSampler-0.8a.tar.bz2 archive.

Re: Building Fantasia from CVS

Hi, You can read more about building from CVS here: http://jsampler.sourceforge.net/#BUILDING_FROM_CVS Usually, if there aren't any new changes to some of the required libs you can just copy the lib directory from the latest jsampler release, but currently you should build the jlscp library from CVS...
