When will Qsampler supporting adding instruments to the midimap database by directory?
I have a fair few gig files, and I don't want to have to manually add them in qsampler...
And I don't want to use the java frontend.. I hate java!

Vibrato via modwheel?
Does anyone know how I can do vibrato with the modwheel and gigedit? Is it just an LFO on the amplitude and the pitch?

Hm, removing the release trigger in the dimension editor removes the problem. But, is there any way I can sort of edit splits on the virtual keyboard as a whole? like removing all of the release triggers in one fell swoop? I have a lot of gig files to go through, and it isn't feasible for me to edit...

Linuxsampler unknown dimension
I recently converted the M-audio Pro sessions Producer orchestra strings from kontakt format to giga for use in linuxsampler/qsampler. One of the dimensions says 80, but when i look at it by right clicking on the sample note above the keyboard and selecting 'dimensions', gigedit says that it is "Unk...

Does gigedit have an automap feature? or if it doesn't is there any Free or non-Free software for linux/windows that can do automapping of .wav samples?
