yep, also in the latest svn (2238) SfzSignalUnitRack.cpp includes SF.h

Hi,
after I got over the autotools weirdness, linuxsampler fails to build because of a missing SF.h. Even when I --disable-sf2-engine, SF.h is still required in the SFZ engine.
Could you please add a configure switch like --disable-sfz-engine?

Linuxsampler hangs for about 2 seconds
Hi, I ran linuxsampler today for the first time and it is really a joy to play with the sample kits. However, sometimes while playing, linuxsampler hangs for about 2 seconds and then plays all the notes played in the meantime at once. Can anyone of you make sense of this behaviour? Can verbose debug...
