No SFZ Engine
Using either QSampler or JSampler, I only get the choice of the GIG engine, not SFZ. How can I get SFZ to appear? I downloaded linuxsampler from http://www.linuxsampler.org/downloads.html.

Another piece of information - I ran LIST AVAILABLE_AUDIO_OUTPUT_DRIVERS and it returned only ALSA, not JACK. How do I get linuxsampler to recognize JACK? Could JACK have been installed incorrectly?
