OK, I tried the last 2 windows snapshots, 20111208 and 20111209. They still don't work. Is anyone else having this problem? I assume so because I'm having it on 2 different computers.

Re: linuxsampler_20111124 and above not working
Hmm. Funny thing happens. I tried with 20111126 When I load a gig file with no map, it works fine. Then I can even create a map with 'persistent' status for that gig file and linuxsampler doesn't create errors. BUT - if I create a map using 'persistent' status with the instrument not loaded - CRASH....

linuxsampler_20111124 and above not working
Hi, linuxsampler_20111123 windows snapshot works fine, but anything above that gives erros. The problem happens when generating a or loading a midi map with 'persistent' option. Linuxsampler backend crashes and exits. It doesn't happen when creating the map with default option, but then when I go ah...

midi message ignore option ?
Can anyone please help me on this one? Can you choose to ignore (or filter) a certain midi cc message. Perhaps this can be done at compile time? For example, how do you make linuxsampler not respond to "all notes off" message? If this cannot be done, the only other option would me to rout the midi t...

The guide above looks funny because I'm having trouble editing the text once it's pasted into the post window. When I scroll down, it jumps back to the top. How are you supossed to post?

Linuxsampler 1.0.0 source code missing a file?
When I try to compile linuxsampler (non-CVS) with vst support in windows XP using MinGW, by configuring with: ./configure --enable-asiosdk-dir=$HOME --enable-vstsdk-dir=$HOME/vstsdk2.4 I get the following error during make : ../../../mingw32/bin/ld.exe: cannot fin d ./PluginVst.def: No such file or ...

Re: error building libsndfile
O.K. The first problem was that I installed gtkmm to "c:\Program files", which has a space in the path. MinGW doesn't like this so I installed gtkmm directly to C: (c:\gtkmm). The second problem is that I tried to compile libsndfile-1.0.23 instead of libsndfile-1.0.21 . Compiling libsndfile-1.0.21 w...

error building libsndfile (WindowsXP)
Hi all, I was trying to compile Linuxsampler from CVS, but I got stuck at libsndfile. I installed mingw-get-inst-20100909.exe and selected options which automatically downloaded and installed msys and all the required msys and MinGW files. Some of those files where later versions than what is stated...

Qsampler effect send
Currently one can not fully create an effect send with qsampler. Can we have that feature implemented. Actualy, the effect send can be created but the output channel can not be chosen.
Thank You So Much,
Jick
P.S. I'm liking this linuxsampler thing.
