I can't understand how I should install linuxsampler with frontend...

i'm running xubuntu 10.04 64bits

can you advise me the best way to install linuxsampler with a frontend?

Generally speaking to use linuxsampler you need to install linuxsampler, libgig, and jsampler and/or qsampler as front-ends. I do not know the specific package names in Ubuntu but it should be easy to figure out. Then run either jsampler or qsampler as a GUI front end to linuxsampler.
