One-off events (like drums) in Gigedit?

Post by dahnielson » Mon Apr 21, 2008 7:46 pm

I'm building a drum set in Gigedit and can't figure out how to make the samples one-off events. How do I get them triggered and playing until the end ignoring any note off messages?

Or more precise: What's the correct way when doing drum GIGs?

Right now I've just set Amplitude(1) > Amplitude Envelope (EG1) > Release to 10.000.

Yes, a long release time is the way it's usually done I think.
