Features you want to see implemented next? (Nov. 2009)

Post by dahnielson » Sun Nov 08, 2009 9:21 pm

This is the official next features poll where you can vote the features/bugs you want to see implemented/fixed sooner than later. This is a series of monthly polls, features will be removed in new polls as they get implemented and new will be added along the way. You get two votes to spend per month and are free to revote and change your vote during the month.

If you wish to suggest a new feature feel free to create a new topic where it can be discussed. And if you find any new bugs, please file them with our bug tracker.

The tracking poll can be found here:

http://spreadsheets.google.com/pub?key= ... -G7YZBO_Ww

Please do not post in this thread, only vote.

Thank you!
Anders Dahnielson

NEED SFZ Editor accessable in GUI (Nov. 2009)

Post by Octron » Fri Dec 13, 2013 1:15 am

Hi,
Please - I need a SFZ Editor build in in Linuxsampler that is launching via "edit" button in qsampler or fantasia frontend.
Or please make it possible to attach my personal editor by typing in the path (example c:\music\sfzed\sfzed.exe )

This surely could be done in less than a day. Please! :-) Help!
Best Regards!

Confirming Raphael Poli , no known ways to vote.

There is feature, which i don't know - wether implemted in LS, or it is banks problem:
- Interpolation between velocity layers, if several. Currently interpolation works between different notes. But e.g., if you play frequently same note and slowly change velocity at the same time, after some point thembre changes suddenly, as currently it happens in fluisynth, when playing notes row accross multiple octaves. Quite critical when playing rapid sequences (i would call them rolls, as it usually done for percussion) - just try it with bass drum from G-Town Church samples. Embedded pre-recorded rolls sound nice, but if you try to do same manually, result will be abuzing.

Now about found in table:
- Articulation files: several articulation files are found in G-Town Church samples collection, so their support would be great.

You cannot vote, because the poll "expired". If I remember correctly (correct me if I am wrong) vote polls on phpbb forums must have an expiration date. Not sure if that changed in the meantime. If somebody knows, please let us know!
