Jack and Jackdmp

A quick update for those who are interested.
Jackd, and Jackdmp have both been updated to 1.09, and 0.70 respectively.
At first use and testing, both work fine here, and jack midi has come along significantly.

Yeah, and guess what's now supporting JACK MIDI as well?

Yes, and as usual, the LS team's timing is impeccable.
Will jack midi show up in qsampler options yet, or shortly?
I better hit the trunk soon i think.

Jack MIDI already shows up in qsampler. There was no need to change anything in the qsampler code as it asks LS for the available drivers.
