I created a Reaper64 template with 8 LS instances (8 ports).

Besides a CPU use of nearly 30% (idle!) on a 2,6 quad core cou the amount of used Ram is very high: >1600 megabytes - with no single sample loaded.

This should be improved in my opinion. LS Ram usage is 4 times as high as with 8 instances of Kontakt 5.

I am in the process of preparing a big orchestral template in Reaper and right now the amount of used RAM for 6 instances is - with little up to no samples loaded - over 2gig.

This is too much the VSTi instances should share some resources.
