On its way. But is LinuxSampler capable of Jack-Midi In? Denemo is Cross-Plattform, too, so they will work in Windows together if LS is jackmidi and not just native midi.
Yes. LinuxSampler support JACK MIDI as well as audio if it's compiled with it. So it depends on whether the platform have JACK support or not.

Good news. According to one Jack-developer there are now bridges for Windows in jack2's SVN.
This means its now possible to actually use apps with midi-input via jack or midi-output via jack in Windows.

jackd -R -S -X winmme -d portaudio
